We hired the Zansitis team to paint and stain both the inside and outside of a converted horse barn, as well as apply a fire resistant coating to the inside of the barn. Bob did all the research and interacted with the manufacture of the Fire Proofing materials and his team did an excellent job applying all of the coatings. We needed to get two bedrooms with cathedral ceilings, a steep staircase and ceiling painted. I am at a point where I am not going up ladders for high areas anymore. Made a couple of calls, got estimates and went with Bob for a couple reasons, able to do it in our time frame, promised 1 day, not 2 or 3, these are his guys and pricing came in a bit cheaper than the others.
