Zansitis Painting Inc. uses a “Lead Painter” system that has evolved over our 20+ years in the business. Each of our Lead Painters has a minimum of 5 years experience and has attended our internal management training program. This person manages a crew of 2-6 painters depending on the size of the project. Although crew members change from time to time, the continuity of a consistent Lead Painter offer many advantages and benefits for our clients.
The biggest factor in the final cost of a any job is usually he level of thoroughness, attention to detail and the overall quality of the work. A good example of this scale is how it costs more to properly prepare a surface for painting than to give it the “quick once over.” To properly prepare a surface, it might take several steps and hour of work to make sure it will look great with a fresh coat of paint. We are always more than happy to review a quote in detail and share how we calculated your project’s cost so you can make a fair comparison with other bids.

Yes, a one year limited warranty on most work. The warranty details are included in our proposal package.
Yes. Zansitis Paintint Inc. is licensed by the state of New Jersey. In addition to state mandated bonding requirements, we also maintain general liability insurance with $2 million dollar aggregate coverage, automobile liability insurance to $1 million dollars personal and worker’s compensation insurance.
We are able to complete wall and ceiling repairs, install wallpaper and perform smaller home improvement tasks associated with the painting project.

We use premium quality products from all the major suppliers. However, the brand of paint we use can be influenced by other factors including customer preference, the nature of the project, and other bid specifications.
The only items we ask the customer to move are the small knick-knack type items and pictures. We come expecting to move furniture, window treatments and switch plates. Upon completion of the painting we will place all items we moved back to their original locations.
That is entirely up to you! We try to be as respectful as possible when using our clients restrooms. We understand if you’d rather us go elsewhere to do our business.
